helping people of all ages . . .

Carmen Martino is a dedicated clinician practicing what she loves...helping people of all ages to develop and use their communication skills and to overcome challenges that affect those skills.  She believes that being able to interact effectively with others, and to understand the world, allows people to reach their fullest potential.  She provides client-centerd assessments and therapy and believes that clients are partners in their development and rehabilitation.

She received her  M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Vermont in 1990. She continually adds new knowledge and skills that she brings to her assessment  and therapy services for children and adults.

Carmen has over 30 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in both public and private sectors.  She has worked in various settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers for children and adults, nursing and retirement homes, group homes, preschools and day cares, elementary schools, as well as private services provided in homes, schools at all levels, work places, and in the community.

Carmen is registered in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologist's of Ontario (CASLPO #1900).
